yeap same here guys normally when i get 0 or --- i drove for about 20 more miles then fill up

 

This topic has a way of coming up every few months. For the newly initiated, it appears that when your dte reaches --*-- you have about 3 gallons left as a reserve. That's another 60-70 miles depending on what mpg you are getting. The dte is the computer estimate based on your past mpg which was also calculated by your Zs computer. There has been some cars that really did have problems with the fuel gauges/filler issues, but it is the exception. If you are still befudled, check the "search" function. The tanks are 20 gallons and I've put over 19 in mine twice when I just wanted to drive 500 miles on a single tank.
