Listen, If i wasn't going to help you with your defective claim or send you a new hood, why would I keep replying to your numerous PM's a day? I've kept in very good contact with you and been 100% honest throughout this whole ordeal and honestly, dont appreciate being called a liar. I am a stand up guy, and I stand by my customers. I have got Seibon to warranty your hood, they are just being slow on getting it picked up. Like I've said numerous times, I even contacted BAX yestrday and they confirmed it was scheduled for a pick-up on 3/15.

notice i skimmed it now and came to a conclusion, its seibon causing the trouble.
but you better be ready to answer questions too, have you done your part to get the hood back?

Once again JIM, you said on 2/20 that Seibon had approved the warranty and that I would be recieving a hood in a few days... ok, so I could understand 1 or 2 weeks but a month after I'de alreday waited a month and half just to get to that part... Common Jim, Does 3 months sound reasonable for a freaking exchange which you have in stock...

guys, ive skimmed the thread now, he edited it into his first post. I dont always go to the first page after ive read a thread, so i did not see the edited post.
Yes, tech, you can pay the same price for a product whether you buy it online or in a store. But theres perks to both. Online you get a good price due to low overhead and higher volume of sales. In a store, where they have to stock the product and have a shop there as well as a paid staff and sotre hours ect, you pay more for a item. You also get to see the item before you pay for it and you get the item immediately.
So all he has to do is give it to bax. easy as that, but was anybody home to give it to bax, did bax show up and leave a note?
