It all started when he posted some nice GM GT-C's on the classified for a pretty fair price. On 4/23 i paid him for these wheels, and the following PM's are what transpired:

Then this was received on 4/23

I reply that this is not a problem, that i am about to buy the car so no worries. He replies with this

So again I am looking at the rims shipping out on the 7th of May.
After no word form him, I decide to see what’s up on the 14th of May. I send the following.

I finally get a reply on the 18th of May that states the following:

After no word for 5 days again, i finally send this PM:

I think that's pretty fair as its a full 11 days after the original ship date. The same day he replies with:

Keep in mind, this is 5/23. We are over 2 weeks at this point of zero communication.

After no word, on 5/29 I file a claim with pay pal, and post in his BBK sale thread. To which he assures me he has sent the wheels and will pm me the FedEx shipping #. He has deleted this thread, but a few read it and commented. This is the PM i received on 5/20 and my reply. Also notice he says he DID ship the wheels in this PM.:

(Yes I type/spell for **** ) Again this is AFTER he posted he would send the tracking #. I then sent him various PM's forwarded from pay pal on why I can't cancel the dispute as I would never be allowed to reopen this dispute. On 5/30 I sent this PM maybe thinking there was a mistake:

I went back to his BBK thread and posted i had escalated this to a claim on 6/01 and i was done dealing with him. I began to feel kind of ****ty for blowing up his spot and maybe find out wtf is going on.

Again i didn't hear anything for days, yet i saw him log in a few days in there as you can see on someone’s profile their last active date/time. He finally DELETES the BBK thread and sends this on 6/5:

Now this is where it really falls apart. He sent me this later in the day yesterday:

Now he has lied to me about shipping these wheels, and the following is what he told pay pal on 5/29 about shipping the wheels:

I called FedEx on 6/5 and inquired if there was even a package headed to me. When i discovered there was not, and posted in his BBK thread he had flat out lied, he deleted it and sent the pm explaining why he hadn't sent them. I replied with this PM to him Last night:

Rob if you are reading this, i asked you now 2x to refund me and not bother shipping them. You keep telling me they have shipped or are soon. I have spoken to pay pal about the matter and they have agreed to refund me 1 of 2 ways. (BTW this was sent PM as well). You can click the refund button and we can kill the claim, or i can refuse the package if you go against my wishes and send it. I am trying to save YOU $ here by not shipping them as I WILL refuse the wheels.

I would advise anyone to stay away form this seller as I have no idea how he may work with you.

If this is too hard to follow, i can screen shot the PM's and just make a long post with images.

I tried to handle this as amicably as possible, but was met with absolutely no aid.

You guys have seen via PM's and this thread i have asked Rob 3x now not to ship them as i don't want him wasting his $, and i do not want to continue to do business with him. He is refusing my advise, so i don't want to hear **** later.

Ive had some bad experiences on deals before, and really it is tough when I have also had so many good ones. The ones that are the worst are those who dont communicate for **** and flat out lie about things. I do understand that things can go wrong and that the real world does come first - and I am willing to have an open mind about that. But when people refuse to even be a stand up guy is when it goes sour. I have no compassion for those who try to **** me over...

Best of luck to you and your situation!

No, when you file a claim they withdraw the $ and put it in a neutral account. Whoever wins the claim receives the $. With that said, i have communicated to paypal that he has not shipped the item yet, and he lied to them (that kinda screwed him over as they can see when he submits a tracking # when it actually shipped). They have agreed that i should not be forced to do this deal. I don't really think he will ship it before the deadline, but if he does, all i have to do is decline the shipment. They will see that on the tracking # and refund me. It's his $100 for shipping..up to him.

^I dont understand why he just doesnt refund you the money and resales them elsewhere. It's clearly the sellers reason why the deal was delayed. Oh well...some people just dont have character!

I've been out of the loop, but man this crazy.

The buyer agreed to the delay a 3 week delay. Now the wheels shipped he does not want them .

The bottom line this a huge issue and I would like to resole it asap.

I don't want to do business with you Rob. I think the posts speaks for itself. As your last PM stated, we will let paypal sort it out. However i did warn you many times not to ship them that it would be wasted $.

Ok good deal, so it was like my previous statement that you were unfortunate that he did not withdraw the funds and that they were still in his account to be transferred to the neutral.

His response finally is obviously a waste. It's as simple as him not shipping it, and if he were to ship it, do like Paypal said and refuse it. He's just trying to now cover up the scam.
