yea I got burned on here too by a seller named Tac-M. So much for iTrader ratings. Since then I only buy parts locally through craigslist or by driving to the place/person in So Cal selling. You gotta see things in person or take your chances.

Sometimes it turns out better, I would have never gotten sponsored or gotten such an awesome exhaust if I bought his knockoff.

I just spoke to paypal supervisor.
They said there is no protection from getting wrong item unless you purchased it through eBay.
Even if you would get an empty box you still get no protection.

I almost made them agree to the fact that using paypal outside ebay is waste of money.

So I guess i got F***ED for $180.

 

Sunset it sucks that fellow Z owners don't even show any love to other owners sorry to hear you got screwed but I know how you feel its happened to me a couple times. Sucks you can't even trust people on this forum.

 

I see that Socalbreeze has over 400 posts so he has been around the forum for awhile now. Should be some SoCal people on here who know him. Maybe a few of them could have a little chat with him and point out that it isn't nice to scam other Z owners and forum members.

 

If you used your credit card, paypal changes it's policies to suit themselves.

When they get hit with a ccard chargeback [up to a year after in some cases] paypal goes after the seller..

2. then he was complaining about the sides for not fitting perfectly. all this while I've told him this is a replica and it WILL NOT FIT 100%

Main point is, you said if he is not happy, he can return it. That is probably what reassured him to buy it.

 

1. I probably overstated about the fitment, but I did in fact adv him that its a replica so the fitment may not be perfect. I told him he could return it ONLY if the fitment is way off

2. It has ABS Plastic sticker on the sides when I purchased them. I did not think otherwise. I merely sold what I bought in the beginning. When a product has a sticker on it and says Greddy do I turn around and tell people its Tanabe? Of course NOT.


Guys, I even left my cell phone for him to call me. Which he never did. At the end of the day it was more of a communication problem then the product.

 

you sold me a broken blutooth headset. I left you good itrader rating because I left it before I found out the headset was bad. Im not good with following up on things. The thing never paired. Not a big deal, $25 or $30 whatever it was. Want to give me my money back?

Oh well. No big deal. I tried Motorola and they need an original reciept. Teh verizon store couldnt do it either. Unless you have the original reciept? If not, then Im stuck with a broken headset because nobody will exchange it. The thing just doesnt go into pairing mode.
