i can screw someone over for $5 or $5,000. money is not the issue here. the guy is just simply for a refund because he didn't get what was promised to him

2. It has ABS Plastic sticker on the sides when I purchased them. I did not think otherwise. I merely sold what I bought in the beginning. When a product has a sticker on it and says Greddy do I turn around and tell people its Tanabe? Of course NOT.

Guys, I even left my cell phone for him to call me. Which he never did. At the end of the day it was more of a communication problem then the product.
So basically you are telling me that i can sell people things that have misinformed stickers on it? And worse, if i was dumb enough to not even know what material things are made of? Nothing wrong if you really didn't know what it was made of, but it was your job to fix the wrong doing since you sold the item with false statements. It's your job to either refund fully with shipping or work out a deal with him. If everyone thinks the way you do, we would be selling wrong stuff all the time.

that is damn near the same thing as ordering blue parts and recieving black ones... you describe the item as something of better quality than fiberglass sides. Even though $180 is a small amount of money on the scheme of things, the principle of the transaction is much more valuable. The chipped sides that can be fixed upon installing is one thing, but a totally different product that is half as valuable? Maybe a partial refund is in order if not a full one?

Actually, a full refund is better. I wish i can sell some chipped up sideskirts that not even the material i described and doesn't fit and get away with it. What a loser. I can't believe how immature socal breeze is being.

Man that guy is a thief. If the man that made the purchase wants his money back. Give it back. It just means that he was not happy with the product. Yo
socialbreeze your a ***** for ripping of your fellow forum members. If you were half the man you would give this guy his money back. If you did this to me I would jump on a plane and find you. Then whip your ***. In this day and age you can find someone on a computer.

You sir are an idiot.

Overstating that the side fit perfect when in fact they do not, is an all out LIE. You could have overstated that they fit perfect in some areas and somewhat in others but you didn't. You made is specific that the sides were in fact perfect all around. You false advertised something, made promises that you have no intentions of keeping and that makes you a scum bag.

Overstate that the side are white when in fact they are off white, but do not say something that doesn't hold any truth to it. Your statemnet missled the buyer completely.

Now I don't even know how old you are, but given the fact that you are driving a Z and have been around on this forum for a sometime now in addition have some sort of automotive knowledgs (since you are aware what volks are and nismo and JL audio.. based on your purchase history), you should or anyone with similar knowledge know the difference between PLASTIC and FIBERGLASS. In addtion, when i personally helped SunsetSunrize open up the side, we did not see the 'so called ABS Plastic' sticker on them. Your **** poor excuse for packaging sides is yet another tell tale sign that you could have cared less what happens to them as long as you got rid of them.

Your rebutal that the sticker said so, is so childish and stupid that it makes no sense. Unless you are a God's gift to every sales person out there, that you are simply sold on everything that is shown to you, you are either rich or just plain stupid or both. When you buy something I am sure you go over everything you buy, so it is hard to belive that you did not bother looking at the side. How else could you have known they fit perfect.

You got caught by the forum members making statements that you have no intention on keeping and now trying to get yourself out of this mess instead of owning up to it. I hope all others see this thread and do not buy anything from you again.

to the seller - you mislead the buyer. you lied to the buyer by saying you would refund him if he wasnt happy. nowhere did you mention "only if the fitment was way off".

refund the guys money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To the OP - Please leave negative itrader ratings for this guy so he doesnt do this to someone else.

btw, what also pisses me off is that he said there was an abs sticker on the sides but there isn't anymore. this could be a lie as well.
