you forgot to add the volk sticker. Without that sticker, you can't sell it as volk since the sticker will have teh final word.

 

If this would be the case and Socal would show me a pic of the "ABS Plastic" would be one thing, but he could not provide a photo due to lack of a camera.

I am pretty sure now that the reason for it was that the ABS was in reality FG.

To gain my trust, he told me to look at his Ratings multiple times
And even now, after confronting him, he tells me to look at his ratings again.

I guess ratings turn S**T into GOLD!

I only have one question, Socal, are you still unable to tell the difference between ABS and Poly?

May be you can offer these VOLKs to Socal for a a good price, lets say.....

WOW i am a friend of the OP...... i remember chatting with him about this before he bought it and i advised him to not buy a replica piece...but he showed me how Socal was saying that he would not ruin his reputation by selling a bad pieace...taht the fitments was good and he had test fitted it...
A few weeks pass...and Ive been busy... and now i find what happened to my Good friend here...nto fair at all... obviously the Seller needs to man up and get the refund going....specially since he is not going to "risk his reputation" and "its not that much money to him" either

Sometimes you come across some bad deals, but sellers alway maned up to me. Either offered a discount or to take back the item.

I am a very reasonable person and if the seller even made a small effort to resolve the situation, I would put even more to help it.

I live in New York and you learn not to trust people, but I always give people a chance. I have never posted a negative feedback. People do make mistakes and I always give them the benefit of the doubt.

I never in my life came across a seller like Socal!

I guess its like those Commercials on TV where some guy is trying to get you into a scheme on a bus or in a restaurant....
The point of the commercial: You would not trust a person with scheme, face to face, but on internet is a different story.

If you so sure, based on a sticker that the sides are ABS why not ever argue the fact?
