A ban is actually meaningless, however. Banning just means a person re-emerges as a new name. There really isn't anything you can do about an individual on this site.

Sidenote: I always laugh when a mod sends out a threat of banning, they actually think they are accomplishing something with that move.

 

he can create a new name as it is and start selling again.. cant you ban the registed ip though?

 

when they ban you they also included that the IP address..i am sure they know the most logged address is his home so the admins would ban him and from trying got log in under a different account on his home at least
