Let any1 else drive your Z??
not tryin shaydee on this post or anything.. but i've let some of my experienced (as in driving a stick for a while) friends drive it. Also, some of my uncles drove it too. Haven't let my girlfriend driven it.. well.. she will probably NEVER drive it. heheheh, she doesn't even have her license yet.

My Dad drove it for half a block. He had to drive it off the dealer's lot. But no one else will touch my baby. Except maybe my best friend only because he is gonna teach me to drive stick in his car... Gotta return the favor.

My husband drove it for the first time this morning. He backed it out of the garage. I heard him over revving BIG time, too, so I put it back in the garage when we were done. Maybe I'll let him try again next year.
Besides, I'm always where I belong in that car--in the driver's seat.

While "test driving" my Z I drove past my buddies house to let him take it for a spin. He went w/out me because I had to look after his daughter while he was gone. He came back with a big smile on his face and all he could say was "DUDE..." He does NOT drive it now that I own it though. Nobody does, and it drives him up the wall. I just could not live with myself if I let someone take it out and wreck it. That is MY job...

I've let my parents and my aunt drive it. I let my bf drive my old Sunbird when we were first going out and I swore he would never, ever, never, ever drive any of my cars ever again. He scares me so badly. He's one of those that doesn't use the breaks until you practically have to throw them on, and is either riding on the line or the very edge of the road.

I let one of my friends drive it around yesterday. He wasn't the best stick driver I've seen and kept trying to shift into first with the car still moving. Revved it a bit on starting too, but overall no big deal. It's a great car, and it's my car, but it's a car in the end. I don't expect to treat it like some exotic which breaks easily, it should be able to take some mild abuse here and there.
