Ok weeks go by and finally some kind of resolution.
I called a few times and got the run around "ohhh yeah yeah I am working on it..." and my salesman never called back so I went there yesterday. My salesman had left, so I went to the GM, he disappeared for 2 minutes and came back with some papers to fill out. After a long BS story I got offered a oilchange package.
... But it was for every 7,000 miles who the hell changes their oil every 7,000 miles. They were like "ahhh it's a lease don't worry about it" so I refused it. A few more minutes of BS and they informed me it covered tire damage replacement. The cost of tires are for the Z are not cheap, so I thought about it and decided to take it.
All in all I fell ripped off, but it was my own damn fault for not getting everything in writing. At least I got something and honestly I really didn't feel like wasting half a year arguing over it. I learned another valuable lesson.

Here is the majic word...CSI...Mention that your gonna give them a bad CSI and they will practically blow you..CSI stands for Consumer Service Inquries, you know the little survey they send you after buying a car..well someone in NNA actually looks at them and based on those the different dealerships get rated. They also get bonuses for the more satisfied customers they have..So it will probably be in your best interest to fill out everything NEGATIVE on the survey..Chances are you will get a call a few weeks later from someone in that dealers consumer relations asking what happened. Tell them your story and let them know you put your experiences on the internet to an INTERNATIONAL audience..If anything this salesman will get pulled in the boss's office and read the riot act for being a deek..

But what if you have already filled out the CSI and sent it in? Can you request another one or call/email NNA to complain?
