OH...so that's what happened to him. TheBlackPearlZ PM'ed a few days ago after I put up my "wet bar in progress" thread asking me for help, after a couple of PM"s back and forth he stopped and I wondered why, now I know why.

I just spoke to another Paypal agent regarding this matter. She told me all I have to do right now is wait until the 1/22/09 which is the limit for the seller to respond, if he doesn't respond by then, they will take this very seriously and go ahead put his account into negative, then going for collectors until the fund is cleared. They will go further to work this with police departments and law enforcements until they get the funds back. Worst scenario would be them taking away everything he has (houses, cars, whatever belonging to him) to give us back the funds.
She also told me ic3 takes this very seriously, it just takes 1-2 week for them to responde to us, she also told me if he is really under the army organization, he is goign to get as much troubles as he would imagine regarding this whole case.
GOD DAMNIT, i really wish to get my money back and fly over there to see him walking into a cage in person

It's not that the Feds don't take this type of thing seriously, just that their courts are used to fraud cases in the $100,000+ range. I think one thing that may strengthen any case against this guy would be for everyone he contacted regarding his "sale items" (especially if it could be proven to be after he no longer possessed them) to come forward. I believe in that case he could actually get criminally charged for the amount he intended to defraud rather than what he actually received.
SO, To anyone out there who he may have contacted... Save all of your PM's and any other correspondence you may have had with this guy!!!
Either way, I'm subscribed for the mugshot at this point

i bought 3 inch downpipe with wastegate relocation from this guy and i never received.he stole me 550usd(670 Can).
i started a thread WTB for downpipe and this guy sent me a pm.

Alex told me that everyone can get their money back from their banks if they paid by credit card or check to paypal, and that he has already ended all disputes with all the customers, by way of paypal. Paypal is sending his account into collections, and his bank is handling it from there through fraud protection.
