I dislike how high the "beltline" is. It's uncomfortable for me to rest my arm on the door with the window down because of it.. I have shoulder problems and this just makes it worse.
I also dislike how high the seating position feels compared to alot of other sports cars that I've driven. I've always found that the low, close to the road seating position helps the "sporty" feel of a car. It makes it feel more like a go-cart to be sitting right on top of the road. In the 350z, the seating position is not much lower (if at all) than in my dad's 540i. I think that's a problem.

Just sold mine, but mainly the useless trunk area (fixed on 370z) rattles, and that stupid rubber coating on interior parts on 06+ that peels if you even look at it wrong.

The rear bar in the 350z that blocks the trunk/hatch area. That thing drives me insane - I would have swapped to a 370z, but they made the whole car smaller so the rear trunk is just too small overall now.

lets just say that no one is ever 100% happy with anything that they buy or own. people naturally these days have to find little things about anything that bothers them. its like use some common sense when buying a vehicle like the z. if your gonna go golfing 24/7 buy a car with a big trunk. truth be told yes the z has its flaws, but they are easily overcome by the fun of just driving it around. if your gonna waste the z away with nothing but comp0laints then you mid as well have bought something better that you were to cheap to dish out the $ for in the 1st place.

What bugs me about my Z is what a pain it is to get my floor jack under it so I can lift it high enough to remove the 15 screws and clips that need to be taken out to get the bottom engine cover off so I can get to the oil filter when I'm doing an oil change.
Other than that, it's all good.

That problem is easily solved with a low profile jack.

Oh man, I've already got 4 jacks (one standard floor jack, one heavy-duty SUV floor jack, one tall bottle jack and and one standard bottle jack), not to mention 6 jack stands. I don't want to buy anything else jack-related (I'm running out of garage space). I build a ramp when I need to get the floor jack under there. This is the first car I've ever had to do that with. It's just a minor pet peeve. I have more nice things to say about the car than bad things.
I guess what bothers me more than the low clearance is that I have to remove so much stuff just to get to the oil filter.
