The fact that I have to check the oil level daily cause I live in fear of the oil consumption monster! (So far I'm loosing very little and only when diriving quite hard)
I hate the dual mass flywheel (cost) and the fact that I'm gonna stick with it cause I don't want clatter.
Some minor noises form the rear axle (I suspect I can fix this by lubbing some palces)
The fact that I couldn't afford an HR!

gas gauge...i just say ef it now and reset my trip odo every fill up
passenger side window, auto rolls up and then auto rolls half way down 99% of the time
passenger side door panel makes some noise when driving
oil consumption, it just encourages me to not get lazy with my oil changes(considering i burn about a quart every 1k miles)
rear axle click
other than that, the cars been ****in amazing and reliable to me. i've taken it everywhere

Wow, sounds like you have alot to complain about. I have to wonder about the 5 transmissions.. Do you run it without lubrication or something? Power shift every time?<!-- google_ad_section_end -->
Jebus! your Z seems like a lemon.
I am 53 years old and I own and drive 7 different vehicles. None of the others has had nearly the number of problems that the 350Z has.
My Z has 39,000 miles on it . . . and I do take good care of it.

You either have some very bad luck, or some very interesting driving habits! I put probably 100 passes down the drag strip on my 05, and it had 72,000 miles on it when it got blasted by a bad driver. The tranny still felt close to new. My 07 has 35,000 miles on it and feels pretty much the same as my 05. The 350z doesn't have the smoothest tranny on the road, never has. It's a fairly heavy-duty transmission that's noisy and a bit clunky, but there are people running 500+ whp through these with no problems.

I have owned many high performance cars and trucks over the past 37 years. The majority of them have been stick shifts or manual transmissions. I have wondered if I might have abused or tortured the Nissan 350Z manual tranny......but I honestly don't think I have. I may just be pickier than most owners, in that I have been able to identify the problem and then demand that Nissan fix it.
added:
-Replaced Bose radio twice for skipping CD's - Still have this problem.

You power shift your transmission, then claim you take good care of your car? There is no safe way to power shift, these aren't sequential transmissions. You should know that at 53 - if you want to powershift, go buy yourself a dog clutch system.
Five transmissions is an indicator of a failed driver, not a failed car.
A number of the other items you list are just bitches, not failures. The paint on the Z is moderately durable. It isn't a Lexus or an Acura. If you care about stone chips, get stone guard.
