Base invoice on the 2010 GT-R is $76k. MSRP is $80.8k. There is only one major add-on, which is $3k for the special paint (which adds $2.6k to the invoice). Invoice on the premium model is $78.1k, and MSRP is $83k. Same thing with the add-on(s), only the Super Silver paint adds much to the cost ($3k to MSRP, $2.6k to invoice). Don't forget about their 3% of invoice hold back! It doesn't look like they were offering it to you at invoice. . .

Shh, don't tell everyone about how cheap TTs are now!

Ok - Premium. So it has heated front seats, the higher performance tires than the base model, as well as a BOSE stereo...

Since most of them have the upgraded "GT-R" floor mats and iPod interface (dealer installed), invoice for PREMIUM is $79,644. $80k for the premium model is under sticker by $4,700, so I'd (surprisingly) say that's a fair cost. You know, you can ask them to see the invoice sheet. They still make a quick 3% hold back (~$2,500 on $80k invoice price) on your purchase assuming the car has been there less than a month.

The GTR is a bargain for 80K,it can hang with or out perform cars that are 2-3times more expensive. And will be alot less expensive to repair compared to those cars.If you can afford one I would jump on that **** and never look back...by the way a GTR is nothing like a Z.

Name me one car for 80K or less that offers the same or better performance out of the factory?

The GT-R out performs anything and everything up to double its price. 0-60 in 3.3....that's better than pretty much everything FERRARI makes...and if you like attention, the GT-R will turn heads more than anything under 100k.

If you want a car for amazing performance & looks, and don't like spending a lot of money....

...buy the GT-R. it seriously is a supercar.

also the GTR is very uncomfortable its a car to just take out on the weekends, its super noisy btw...
in summary keep the Z if u dont owe it and get a GTR to show off and play.. ohh and build the Z.!

The ZR1 is not "a bit more". Could you just go out and buy a $20,000 car? Not many people can. Or atleast without changing their whole lifestyle.

A Z can beat a GT-R in what? Straight line? Sure, some can but most don't. Around a road course? Have fun with that challenge. . .

The GT-R I rode in was quite comfortable, we considered one for DD. I don't know where you are getting your data, TBQH.
