Don't paint them! They look good as is and actually stand out as a real Z compared to other mainstream cars.

Of course, that's just my 2 cents (with inflation).

^^ Having them painted KH3(body color) as I'm a sucker for blacked out vehicles. Also hoping that having them painted will stop them from bubbling up as they are now.

In that case, I hope you find a shop that can do it.

I've seen plenty of pics of owners doing that.

i respect some others opinions of not doing it, but when done right (especially on black) it looks good

I'm painting an old handle to see if I'd trust myself to paint the new ones lol. If I don't like the result I'll be calling around tomorrow morning.

It's a decent DiY on handles...needs plastic primer or some sanding for paint to stick well...
.
Also just in case, don't do it on the car, take handles out LOL

As much as I hate plastidip, many people have great results with it.

It breaks up the body line. Or creates the body line. What have you.

When its all one color its just blah IMO

Side skirt removed , prepped for primer , primered and waiting to dry. The lower black is being done with paint , but am going to grab some gloss black Vinyl to cover the high wear areas. I was going to just get some clear , but I think black will be better. I may hit Cycle Gear and get a thick motocross Number Plate background.

Side skirt done, just need to trim the lower line. New hood thrown on,I need to make adjustments to the intake clamps and maybe cut the underside for clearance.

Pass side skirt next. Then need to figure out what to do with the rear. Keep the Nismo rear add one or cut the bumper.

Time to change the stock look of my Z's front end so I decided to order a grille insert from T-rex grilles|4wo. Bought it because I want to add a classic style on my ride.
