Replaced my ESR wheels with black RPF1s. Then rolled the fenders after scraping off 2mm of tire

I did some stuff today, I now feel like I was run over by a truck, and my car no longer has working brakes...

the upper control arms sure sucked.

I got.the wrong pins for my brake pads

My banjo bolt leaked when torqued to spec

My brake bleeding went poorly

I dumped a cup of brake fluid on myself

Picture of my failure.

Anywho in my boredom today I made this little shop radio, might bring it to work, might throw it in my basement, we will see, sounds surprisingly good for 2 little 4 inch speakers.

I have a few of these inverters, they usually run everything I throw at them. Got them before the company went under.

Also - in case anyone was interested, I asked my tuner about these markings on the cams. He said they're not unusual. Likely, they're the result of balancing from the factory.

The sun was out today..

Brakes seem to be working with no leaks... Pedal is nice and hard...

5 mile test drive and stopped like a champ...

I won't share how long it took to finish this little project but we will just say I'm glad I don't rely on fixing cars for an income.

Driveable once again...

Side note, car feeling noticeably heavier than with the track wheels and lighter rotors.

Oh heavens no, just the driver side. Least it's pushing me to reseal the headlight. But I lack an oven to do that.

Actually, I'm wanting a black DEPO headlights with a daytime running light strip along the corner. But that is a premium item.

No need to use an oven. You can open up the headlights by using a heat gun to make the butyl sealant tacky enough to pull apart.

It does take some patience and more time than an oven though.
