These last few posts have been hilarious. However, I think botht the vendor and the OP are in the wrong some and both are right some. I think the OP did jump the gun and create this thread prematurely even though they did say call chargespeed. He could have done that first. He should have gone through all avenues to get his problem resolved before making a public bashing like this. Strafe has been responding to him regularly, however they should stand by what they sell no matter what the problem is and if you can't stand by what you sell why sell it.
I personally don't think the fitment is that bad. I agree with some of the others and saying a good body shop can make it work no matter how bad it is, and it will probably end up cheaper having them fix it rather than shipping a bumper back and forth accross country or out of the country, wherever it has to go.

maan... i HATE it when i buy a defected product and try to get it refunded; but the seller tells me to call the manufacturer instead of the seller dealing with the problem and tell me the FINAL ANSWER.

Strafe should just step up and return the man's $. You cannot sell someone a piece and then say take it up with the manufacturer, that brings about a lot of issues with merchantability. Furthermore, this doesn't help your business at all on the customer service front. There are a lot of people on this forum reading this thread, $1000 goes a long way for good word of mouth advertising. You can put me on the list of people that will never by from them.

Ludicris how we see bad customer service. We advertised a Product, sold a Product, bought the Product and delievered it to the customer.
We tried to work with the customer, he started his tyraid, started with Paypal dispute(lost) and before Chargespeed open it's door and George was at work put us on Blast. Strafe contacted Chargespeed the night before and told the OP to contact Chargespeed to ask them and tell them of his problem. The OP agrred but before he called Chargespeed He prematurly ejactulated and made this thread flaming us. We in fact were going to still call George at Chargespeed to help the OP,
After this BS thread made by the OP before we or he had a chance to contact Chargespeed put us in the mood of why help this person any further.
Kudos to Robert for still contacting George and still trying to find out what we are going to do. Chargespeed hasn't called Robert back after talking to the OP. We will not speculate til after we talk to Chargespeed today sometime how that conversation with the OP and Chargespeed went. We have the official receipt of our authentic purchase from Chargespeed.
If Chargespeed says refund then cool done. If not then we stand by Chargespeed and our disclaimer. End of Story.. take it how you do. Either like us or Not. We feel we tried and the OP blasted us prematurly and we stand by our business. Tryng to discredit us will either work in his favor or not.. Up to you All.
Why would anyone go over backward to help someone who Blasts us prematurly on a public forum without first going through the procedures? We spent most of day on this instead of time we could have even driven to talk with George in person...So thanks to the OP either way but title of thread should Read Seller Beware.....
