how do i rat this guy out to his insurance company and suggest insurance fraud?

 

It was an oversea purchase. So he ask for wire transfer.
Same for most of the USA vendor i buy from.

 

My first thought could really make me look like a jerk so I'll keep it to myself...

 

I have only recieved 3 x $500 payments for my refund. He has missed several payments from his so called payments plan.

We have agreed on just above 4k inluding interest since i think im the only one that put at order in back in 2009. Unless anyone else has been in this situation

 

I just got an update that all my items are shipped out. I will recieve them next week.
I will update once i got the items.

lol thats why i wanted clarification before people start thinking z1 somewhat straightened up his/their act

Got the tracking number.
Item is in Singapore but have not reached me yet. Scheduled for Monday delivery.

 

I received all my ordered item.
I can sleep soundly tonight.

Got the last of my order about 2 months ago, i then ordered some other stuff and took about a month but its all received. Adam although had lots of bumps along the way i believe its getting alot smoother now and orders getting quicker to deliver. Thanks Z1

A few months have passed; have there been any more success stories? any new updates?
I still had not got resolution for my order and in all likelihood I have to prepare for the worst.
Did anybody have any word on this guy? their blog and website look active and I'd hate for any more people to get into the same situation.

 

same thing with me going on 3 years with excusing all the time.

 

I dnt understand how he isn't shutdown yet.
