Well that doesn't seem right.... Can anyone confirm either of these 2 addresses?

I have two actually and according to the addresses they are only 15 minutes apart on google map:

1) 1070-7 Middle County Rd. #134
Seldon, NY 11784

2) C/O Z1 Performance Inc.

I do not know if the C/O makes a difference but that was also the address that my court papers got mailed to and he confirmed in an email he received them at that address.

But the 1st address listed was the one off his website, invoice, and also that address was confirmed by a fellow club member of mine off a box that was shipped to him by Adam (when it was successful a few years back).

His "warehouse" I believe is a storage unit and the other address is a front of some sort? But again these addresses I have are only 15 mins. apart.

This address: 646 Middle Country Rd., Saint James , NY 11780 is off the BBB website. And this is quite fishy.... I have saved that website as a favorite on my bookmarks for court reasons, and at that time he had a rating of an F. Now he has a rating of a B-??? And if you look at the complaints they are recent. I think Adam is trying to make him look good here. I also filed a complaint on the BBB website also now.

As far as my court matters goes, my "certificate of proof" and evidence was delivered at the court today so we will see where this goes. I tried to reach out to him via email on Tuesday afternoon but I have yet to hear from him.

 

Its just a waiting game now for me as case is still with the DA office.

He offered to pay in $1000 instalments and stated he has his car up for sale in order to try meet future payments.

I rejected the offer and will just wait it out patiently and try to get it escalated as high as possible.

Sif anyone is gonna let 15K go that easily what is this guy thinking.. Your time will come

 

Can you please PM me your court case details so I can pass that onto the DA as well ? I think it would be beneficial and help us both.

 

Another year gone case is now with the SCPD (referred by the DA) god these investigations takes time but glad it is still progressing.

Now is the time to forward me contact information if you have been scammed by Z1.

I just need full name and email address so i can forward it to the SCPD, those whom have already done so in the past dont need to.

The more the merrier ! If you are owed money by Z1 please let me know ASAP

 

Update: After many months of harassing him. Adam has finally refunded my money...

I personally do not know what his issue is. However, for future reference, I would stay far away from Z1 Auto from NY. There was a lot of empty promises from him. but I finally received my last check today...

I will not rest until justice is served for this community. I am an attorney in Texas and I will use my contacts. If anyone else would like to file a lawsuit against him, please let me know. Further, everyone who has been stolen from needs to contact the Suffolk County Police Department. It will be hard to ignore us if we have a united, singular voice. I am planning a trip to New York in February to visit SCPD personally.

 

I forwarded your details to the officer in charge, from email exchanges between the officer and myself it sounds like an arrest is in the works but i dont no what the details are, will have to keep waiting and see.

Believe me i done all i can so far and will not let it go as well. If you need my details to lodge your complaint you can add me to the list as well.

Glad that some of you got your money back. Right now my case is with an agency in Suffolk County in NY. It's progressing but slowly. Even though I got a judgement in NJ I still had to do the process over in NY. Still haven't seen a dime from this guy... nor has he ever tried to contact me after all these months on how to resolve this.

Wow ubfortunately im another victim of this z1auto in new york. I purchased a nismo exhaust ($1,420) which he said would have to be purchased from japan and would take 6-8 weeks. So i waited patiently. After not receiving anything from him i wrote him and he told me he had a "rupture disk which was causing extreme amount of sciatica" so again i waited patiently as i am kind hearted an know things do happen. But unfortunaly now my credit card company said i waited too long to report this and cant do anything to help my case. Now i get no responds from z1... Number was change... No nothing anymore. its my hard earned money that this guy has stolen from me. I know its not as much as some of you guys have lost. If anyone could help i would be grateful. I would also be willing to post all his emails he's sent me with his lies if any of you guys would like to see. I just joined this website to be able to write to you guys and get this settled. Dayum, this guy is approaching Bernie Madoff status - except he will probably never serve a day. Sure sounds like a continuing criminal enterprise case though.
