hey whats up everyone im new here and had my z for about 2 weeks now. i was wondering what kinda mpg ya'll gettin in the city and highway and if any mods uve done have affected ur mpg? i think my gage is wrong cuz i was driving on the highway yesterday and it read 64.5mpg!!!???
i know its wrong but take that u prius lol! ill post a pic up later of it lol

 

there are many threads regarding mpg.

but it's not uncommon to see your mpg gauge to go high when descending a hill. if you go down a big hill and put it in neutral you can yield 99.9 mpg. it should adjust itself while you drive.

 

It's broken. No Z is gonna get that much real mileage. You sure you're reading it correctly?

 

yeah i wasnt going down a hill or anything just normal highway 50ish mph driving. i took a picture of the gauge too ill post one ina but because im at work

I've seen up to 39-40 MPG on mine on level ground at 50 MPH on cruise control. It's rare to find a 50 MPH road though.
