Das vury cool, how come you "downgraded" to 03-05 lights? (I happen to like them most, personally)

You really want to cut a big hole in your bumper for something which isn't going to have any positive effect?

the car came with those headlights i thought it was cuz it was an early model 06. and actualy yea i do like the carbon fiber hole in the front bumper. gives the car a dif look. and im sure that hole has come effect seeing as you have a direct air hitting your intake.

Well, being that Titek and other companies have come out with no "proof" of the increased air flow, it has led many (myself included) to believe the hole (duct) actually provides air a possible egress away from your intake.

Or that it does nothing. If air can only flow towards lower pressure areas, and all the air behind the duct is getting equal/more pressure from being trapped in the cavities (after slamming into the radiator), then air will sit still/flow out of the duct.

I've always wished someone with a duct would tape some tissue paper over the inside/outside/both holes, do some highway driving, and see which (if either) piece broke away from the pressure differences between the chambers. Guess I never asked back when I was thinking about this mod myself.

Are you sure that's an 06? In any matter, congrats.

I think it looks pretty cool, but if you are doing it only to gain performance or something than I wouldn't do it. Post some interior pics too.

Other mods I can recommend:

I would definitely get the 06 headlights. It makes a huge difference for some reason.
If you want a smoother look in the rear, than you can get rid of the wiper.
I cant really tell, but maybe you can lower it some more for a more aggressive look.
New exhaust might spice things up too.

Either way, the car looks great as is. I just threw in some ideas in case you get bored later

i do plan on getting an exhaust ( invidia n1 ) i cant just have the body work without any performance mods. the rear wiper might be an idea of getting rid of it. just curious if i get the jdm nismo side skirts would it look weird with a regular bumper?
