Got scammed by Gotboost1099!
I've trolled long enough... I'm sure that everyone else would've seen this too BUT...
Anthony, are you sure you didn't confuse Rutgers University with Richard Stockton "2 Year" College? FB, LinkedIn and the former student directory of RSC all have you listed for this Glorious $100k education you speak of.
Zorkan, just sue the chit out of this lying POS and be done with it. If he truly (and I use that word with eyebrows raised) has an LLC with the great state of NJ, then more than likely he will also have liability business insurance as well which means he can file a claim once sued. This means you go to court and get your money with the judgment that will be placed on Anthony Giambri since he will probably not show anyways.
Anthony, let's also not forget this since you also claim to be from Vero Beach, FL as well

Sure there is if you have a legitimate claim!!! You can sue, win by judgment if he refuses to show and then in the state of NJ he can be garnished for court ordered ruling

I don't have time to post a screen shot to verify this but I'm sure mods can read private messages. my first response to zorkan was I don't do business over seas too many scams. We went back and forth like 5 messages and I said bottom like only way I'll do business is if you send me gift to protect me from any charge back not that I cared about the small fee. He agreed and sent money I called PayPal to make sure there was no way I could loose my money after I sent part, I was informed that payments can be canceled by cc company at any time.
It takes 3 to 5 business days before the money will clear my bank account. Will send it back when it's available. I closed one dispute only one left open

So what I still dont understand is what were you selling Zorkan?
Not sure if you noticed but Eric did post a V3 not a V2 as you claimed, Zorkan's invoice shows V3 not V2 & I paid you for a V3 again not V2.
Please elaborate.

This is an EPIC thread, I have not been so thoroughly entertained since the "Z feels slower after plenum spacer?" thread.
I've been scammed before in my younger days on the RX7club, so I hope this guy gets sued for all that he has.

the only difference is the blower itself, I buy every wreaked or blown up z car that goes through my.local manheim auction. I'm always Frankensteining kits from different wreaks and I even fabricate my own pipes. some of the pieces Vo received I fabricated. I had 4 blowers recently pulled from wreaks only 2 good sets of charge pipe could be made. still have a good v3 blower left. I sell this stuff on craigslist bring people to my house collect cash. Never had to use this before because I prefer cash and carry but I want it all gone now asap for reasons I mentioned below.

This thread and the K1 scam thread won't be going anywhere. The mods have already spoken on that and any hope you had of making this quietly go away is long gone.
