Could be anything from a bent wheel to a bent sub-frame. We can't tell you anything without some pics, but I'd recommend getting the car TOWED to a decent mechanic for inspection.

Also, stop drifting on public roads.

 

You've done some serious damage to your Z, and I'll bet it's also damaged the wheel bearing on that corner.

 

I agree with dkmura. The wheel bearing is bent, hence the wobble and the noise. Driving the car is dangerous because the bearing will certainly fail.

More bad news: It is likely you have damaged some rear suspension components. The rear suspension is very rugged, but not when it is hit/bent the wrong way/direction (i.e., hitting a curb sideways). You are probably faced with an expensive repair.

Wheel is most likely bent/hosed. Wheel bearing is almost certainly toast (not designed to handle axial/side load/impact). Drive axle universal joint could have been damaged. Suspension arms and linkages could also be bent along with the strut for that corner. Suspension bushings could have ripped/cracked. Lastly, pray the rear sub-frame isn't bent. As others have suggested, you need a reputable mechanic to take a look, preferably one with experience repairing accident/frame damage. You may get off lucky with just a damaged wheel & wheel bearing. I once ran over a 4"x4" fence post on the highway with my Z, I was boxed in and couldn't safely avoid the post. It was too large for me drive directly over it(between wheels), that would have risked more damage to the car in my opinion. So I ran over it with my driver's side wheels. My front left wheel bearing was wrecked from the impact, but amazingly no tire/wheel/suspension/frame/body damage. I'm pretty sure my Z was driving on two wheels for that brief moment, and I felt the bump stop hit the strut as it reached max travel on the front left corner. Besides the wheel bearing damage, the only noticeable scar left behind was some rubber transfer to my wheel's lip from my tire's sidewall squishing down on impact. Needless to say, I didn't use those tires for long and I ended up getting my alignment checked immediately to confirm no damage was done to the front & rear suspension. This incident also made me a huge fan of Forged Aluminum wheels. The impact was so hard I think most cast/machined aluminum wheels would have cracked or bent, but my forged wheels (Rays Nismo V3) showed zero signs of damage.

Get the car up on 4 jackstands, all wheels off of the ground.

Then put it into gear and take a look at what is wobbling/ misaligned. You can check the wheel bearing by pulling the wheel back and forth, checking for play.

You'll need to inspect all of the components carefully to determine what to do next.
