Most sellers would not even tell you it has overheated. There are only two reasons he would do this. !. He is honest. (not likely) 2. when you come back whining about how it overheated again he will say "I told you it overheats. (more likely)

Maybe not, but considering the rampant replacement of damaged panels with un-painted ones, I'm not taking the chance.
