-I got my suspension parts coming in now, I got myself some lowering springs and some camber arms for the wheel setup. I'm looking into getting some used eBay wheels because I found some nice ones on there; would you guys recommend getting wheels that are a little bigger and filling them with the hub-centric rings? Another thing I ordered is some sport brake pads, hopefully, the braking is A-1!
FUTURE PLANS
I have very simple plans since I realized the cost of building an NA engine and going turbo are going to be similarly priced. I'm getting myself some mods to make sure my car runs right, getting the KANJI turbo kit along with a basic turbo wheel and some more parts, etc...etc. Getting very excited and since I'm working lots of hours but I'm able to occupy myself with this build, I feel like it's going to progress very very fast. I'll update you guys in another month or so and hopefully, by then the engine bay will be satisfying to look at. I'll update once more when I buy some wheels, the plenum spacer, and my intake!!! IF you guys have any suggestions, I'll be happy to listen!
What wheels, springs, camber arms, and brake pads did you get?
wheels- MRR 19-10.5 +15 (I’m not sure if it’ll fit but I heard it does)
Springs- Megan Racing
Camber arm- Z1 camber arms for the rear only right now
Brake pads- Akebono!
Very excited to get all the stuff, hopefully it fits LOL
Regarding hub-centric rings, the odds are you will need them regardless. Most aftermarket wheels have a 73mm hub bore so you'd need hub rings spacing down from 73 (or whatever the wheels are) to 66.1mm (standard Nissan hub size). Check the wheel specs on whatever you buy/bought and get the proper hub rings.
Also, you definitely need new front upper control arms (FUCA) to run any additional front camber. Stock is non-adjustable. Required for proper alignment on a lowered car regardless.

Someone lied to you. Getting a 19x10.5 +15 to fit up front is going to be a significant amount of fender pulling and will require a front upper control arm and quite a bit of camber.
same wheel all around? if so you will prob need massive camber
Yeah it’s a squared setup but the lowering springs lowers 1.4 at the rear and 1.2 at the front so hopefully I won’t need too much camber on it, but at the same time it sounds cool to have camber haha.

Should I get some wheels that are less wide? What are some specs for wheels that’ll fit the car?
would you recommend less wide wheels with more offset?

this is my old z with those sizes, well i had 18x9.5 not the 10.5 lke you want... but the extra inch goes towards middle of car
Travlee's setup is the spot-on setup OR I should say, the most commonly used. You can fit square 10.5s but not without some fuss (like the aforementioned suspension/body tweaks - FUCAs, camber arms, possible fender roll & seal or pulls.)
I've run them all.... 18s, 19s, offsets from +15 to +33, widths from 8 to 11. The best fit I've found is 9.5F,10.5R with offsets from +15 to +22 (essentially reiterating Trav's suggestions) and 245 (or 255)F width and 275 (or 285)R tire widths.
Just for reference, here's a 10.5 +22 with 285 tire on my Z. I use this pic a lot to illustrate fitment. But a 9.5 wheel with lower offset like +15 and 275 tire fits nearly as close. Matter of fact, it was my 10th or so set of wheels on any of my 33s in a 9.5 +15 size that necessitated me to roll/seal my rear fenders.

That helps a lot! That was the kind of fitment I wanted, are you lowered? I’m waiting on my 4 week payment for my suspension parts before I order the wheels so I’ll research a bit more.

Mildly lowered. 19mm from stock. (And surprisingly, that drop is still the same after 9 years!)
Square 10.5 setup can be done. I've ran both 19x10.5 +23 all around (OEM 370 Nismo wheels), and now Nismo CR57 Clubsports, 19x10.5 +22 all around. Tires are 275/30 front and 305/30 rear. Fitment is about perfect in my opinion. I do have billet SPL arms and rolled rear fenders. Front fender liner screw is also removed, but has caused zero issues. Camber isn't overly aggressive and plenty of contact patch to put down the power.
