let me just say that naturally, the ride will suffer "slightly", but not as bad as you might believe! However, if you add lowered suspesion to the equasion, it WILL suffer. I will contemplate this after I install my new wheels. I am comfident that lowering won't be nedded with my wheel application.

oh well daytona, every 1 has there opinions......i think those r 17's. i just wanted 2 post a z w/ something a little different look on it.....i saw this z at a local dealership and took the pic...if most people doesnt like the rims.......OH WELL!....its not my car, but i think the pic doesnt do the z ne justice!.....C-YA

I have never liked chrome wheels, but I really don't like these. they don't look well made to me, but I'm no expert. I will say the dealer has lot of nerve asking 3K for them, and like the other posters, if he sold the Rays off a Track model he should be drawn and quartered. The chrome wheels aren't worth 1/2 of what the Rays cost, I bet.
Did you find out what brand the chromes are? I've seen some like them for about $1200 a set, which is a real rip-off. Actually, if you could find out, it would be informative for members who want to make a change , but not to poorly built wheels.
That's one topic, but really, I'd love to know how much the dealer is trying to screw a buyer. Just nosey, no other reason.
