I believe the 7" LCD is standard on the Touring model as part of the BOSE MusicBox system. Navigation is optional for the Touring for that very reason.
The optional LCD is a separate item in the PDF with final specs, the standard sound system is:

240W BoseŽ audio with 6CD in-dash/
AM/FM/CD, 6 speakers + 2 subwoofers,
MP3 capability, Radio Data System (RDS),
BoseŽ AudioPilot™ noise compensation,
XMŽ Satellite Radio

7" LCD and Navi are separate optional items.

SO WTF is the middle BLACK LIGHT IN THE REAR BUMPER for?
If it's a brake light, it's DUMB, I hope it somehow works with RPM preset, and lights up when you hit set RPM!

The Z side indicators yes, but there's a 3.69 FD sitting under my '07 6M/T G Sedan as I type this.

MAYBE IF YOU CALM DOWN AND READ A FEW OF THE THREADS ON THE BOARD YOU'D REALIZE THAT IT'S FOR THE EUROPEAN MARKET REAR FOG LIGHT.

I see Nissan is once again resorting to their obnoxiously cheap and absurd cost cutting measures again by not altering the rear bumper to remove the rear fog housing on US and JDM spec models.

370Z Euro model with the rear fog light in place.

R35 GT-R with rear fog in place.

Would it reeeeeally have been THAT hard for them to smooth out the rear bumper for the US and JDM models? Either that or at least offer a body colored piece to fill the hole...or just simply leave the red lense there and disconnect the light, although I do seem to recall a certain group of MINI Cooper owners getting pissy when BMW simply disconnected the rear fog on first year MINIs instead of removing the light altogether. They made a big stink about not being able to use a light they have no use for in the first place.

Well, I'm impressed. Weighs much less than the current Z, has 30hp more, shorter chassis, better suspension, lighter wheels, better torque curve, better fuel economy, vastly better interior, more rear cargo room.

I mean really, i think the people who don't like the specs just simply had unrealistic expectations. I myself thought it would come i at 3000lb and 350hp, but now i do realize how rediculuous that expectation was.

I'm sure I'll own one within a year.

Back up camera. But you must press up, up, down, down on the source toggle followed by left, right, left, right on the volume toggle, and then press the tune button (B), the volume button (A), push in the clutch (select) and hit the starter button (start) to activate it.

How do you figure it weighs much less? My 07 base weighed in at 3240.

Maybe it's a V-TAK!!! light to warn drivers you're in the power band.

I'm really hoping for a nice CF diffuser of some sort to accentuate the rear bumper. I'm also eager for a CF lip and a GT-R like CF hood (painted, of course). Mhmm hmm...

Eager for pricing as well, but I might end up waiting for some NISMO package.

18x10 buddy club P1 QF's take off 8 lbs per corner
bucket seats will knock off at the VERY least 45lbs each
Braile auto battery will take off 15lbs in the very least.
2 piece rotors will shave off 5lbs per corner.
an entire exhaust sytem will save weight. if you get titanium you'll save even more.
Buddy club wheels take off 8 pounds per corner, compared to what? A stock 18" (or forged RAYS 19") that hasn't even been weighed yet? The new 19" RAYS are 7 pounds lighter for the fronts and 6 pounds lighter for the rears... so you won't lose much weight, especially after upgrading tires, which will add a couple of pounds per corner. Just make sure those 18"s clear the new 14" brakes.

After looking over the specs, the seats aren't full power in the touring... just the bottoms... so good luck getting 45 pounds each, especially with the manual stock seats.

But still:

A base model with sport package will be around 3280 pounds. You'll be around 3100 pounds, in a perfect fantasy world. For what? About 6 grand?

Track hardware is NOT light. It's actually difficult to take a car, upgrade it to track hardware, and lose weight at the same time. The bigger brakes, wheels, tires, suspension upgrades, etc... usually are heavier.

I'm not being an ***, I'm simply bringing some reality to the discussion. Which is all I have done all along, especially as all the fanboiz were projecting 350 HP and 3000-3100 pound curb weights.

Does the Z have potential? You bet. Is it ground-breaking? No... Will it be easy to churn out a 3000 pound track car? No. About 3100 is pushing it... without stripping it out...

Yes. Which makes me very happy. Because it minimizes the chance that the Z will use run-flats. Which I hate.

The car is shorter and has aluminum doors, hood (now all alloy without steel reinforcement as before), aluminum hatch for a "body in white" that is 95 pounds lighter. It has a 13.9 lighter fuel tank, 3.5 pound lighter sound system, 3.8 pound lighter exhaust system, etc. The suspension is lighter. The car has to be lighter than previous.

Sometimes I think there are moles from Porsche who can't believe the value in the new Z posting here.

probably for the ones with the Sport package so they fit over the bigger brakes.
