The Forum Wars: Season 2
Well then you should know that guy with the GTM Supercharger (Dark grey 370) and i believe another white one with either a single turbo or twins, cant remember.
Both were done by Baker tuning iirc. I know the guy personally with the SC 370 but i havent seen him or spoke in a while.

Work has taken over my life.
The white 370z with a TT by GTM just had his second kid so he has been a bit busy with that.
I'd like to see D98gt run, hopefully it will happen.
If not, how about we just get together Stangnet vs. MY350Z on our own? If everybody keeps it friendly, it's a great way for car enthusiast to meet other people and talk, race cars.
We have a lot of 12, 13, 14 second cars on our forum. Any supra, other import or domestic owners that are a member of either forum can represent their forum. We can set our own rules, like no trailor cars, full interior, AC, tire restrictions, etc.
Maybe meet up around 5-6 one night so everybody gets to know one another, then roll out to the track. Dinner and drinks at Chilis in Baytown afterwards? Just an idea if anybody is interested.

Winters,
Perhaps a post in the local sub-forum below would fetch more interest. This is a relatively low traffic sub section. I like where your head is on this.....
Need some agreeable rules/guidelines though...

We would like to open the event up to 350zs and have you guys nominate a car and driver that really represents the forum. The car does not have to be stock. The only strict requirement is that you run on tires with utqg 140 or above and that both My350z and Stangnet accept the match-up. The current nomination from Stangnet is a 2011 GT in Kona Blue. Only mod is a programmer.

The problem with Forged and some of the other shops is this going to be a squeeze time wise....
Only club level racer I know of on here from TX is Sean Farrah.....not sure he would have any interest (or if the car is even running).

My theory is this:
First we should have a short period (5-7 days) where people can post up their driver bio and car set-up in here....after that period the forum should get to vote on the submissions. Maybe some sort of notice bar that directs to the poll. Only true way to get the feelings of the whole forum represented. At that point the Admins, etc can sign off on the car....so to speak.
Just my .02.
Sucks that the event is only ~4 weeks away, but lets make something happen folks.
