Could you imagine.... it comes out relatively plain. Nice but plain. Then in a couple of months, a Nismo appears that sports the looks of a Porsche GT3? With Challenger Hellcat power. Sweet. Yeah, I'm dreamin'.... haha. But either way, it's just the end of a long wait. Like, didn't this thread start like five years ago!?

Got a text from my wife earlier..... "5 hours, 19 minutes."

Had no clue what she was tawkin' about until I stopped the car and happened to look at my watch and noted that's how long until 5:30pm.

"Oh, that."

Everyone in my family is asking if I’m getting one.

Told them, “Let you know in 7 minutes.”

I like how they carried some of the 350 interior into it, but other than that not sure if I am feeling it

Hear ya. Now that it’s 45 minutes old, I’m at the “OK, need to see the real thing up close and personal” point.

As we were watching, my wife asked if we can go see one at the dealer.

I missed the last half, i'm guessing they mentioned nothing about specs, pricing, ETA?

Nope, none of that. Like I told one of my friends, from the A-pillar back it is absolutely perfect. I absolutely hate the front bumper though so I need to see what Nismo does or the aftermarket.

^I feel the same way. Not a fan of the front fascia or the headlight design. Love everything else, especially the "katana sword".

I don't mind the headlights but the grille looks like a black block from the front FFS. Needs something more IMO. Not crazy about the interior either but I felt the same way about the 350Z and here I am with one lol.

Yup, I love pretty much everything else about it. Fingers crossed they don't keep the pizza oven front grill.

“Prototype”, “...still requires engineering...”

Betting front end gets workover when they do a final sort on whether they run with the integrated IC (Red Sport) or they take cues from the aftermarket and run with an aux intercooler or straight FMIC (doubt this).

Patience people, Still have a ways to go before production version.
