Default what door speakers are good. (not too expensive)

i recently got a double din cd,dvd, tv. which has 60x4 watts. i had a 10 w6 with a 100 watt amp system and recently sold it. so now i am used to hearing my music real loud. so one of my door speaker blew. what speakers do you guys recommend. i dont want to spend more that 100. i already have aftermarket sony(sound alright) behind the seats. i get my stealth box w/ 2 10w3 this week so i need something that sounds good accomapanied with the bass.

are you needing components or coax because for a 100 bucks you might as well save or try to find a used pair. i have the boston z up front and boston pro in the rear with a jl 10w7. if you can find a used pair of focals or bostons it would be a good sound choice for your budjet

well depends, you can replace the 6.5" door speaker with a coax, or you can replace both the 6.5" and the tweeter (called components).... if you are running off HU power, most components wont sound very good.

I would probably recommend coax and call it a day

Better to spend a hundred a door and get some middle price range component speakers. 90% of the quality of your music ought to come from your front speakers - unless you listen to rap/hip-hop and then that figure is just 2% from what I can tell.

I was just on Crutchfiled.com. The only 3 options they have for doors are
5¼'s and the lowest price was $599.00
Please give me a name and model number for 6 ½'s for under $250.
Name and number on cheap behind the seats.
I want to use the factory sub location behind the seat and need a decent sub for it as well. The sub should work ALL speakers and sub. NOTE, I am NOT into load music. I want it nice, clean and smooth. Thanks for any help you might be able to provide.
HOW DO I DELETE THIS? I posted it twice, sorry.

I listen to all types of music , and a good cheap speaker combo that I picked up was Polk Audio door and behind the seats with tweeters for the door , ran me about 250.00 and I installed myself. I also have a 12w7 JL audio running JL 500 watt amp just to the sub. It sounds good 'crisp and clear'.

Try Woofersetc.com for some cheaper prices than Crutchfield and a wide selection of speakers. You want 6.5" speakers not 5 1/4". You'll have to do a bit of work if you get really deep speakers but nothing very difficult.

Woofersetc has about 120 pairs of different component speakers from $200 and less.
