Default The Standered Bose Head Unit/ Birdview with DVD okayer

Im wondering if i can fit a DVD player with a switch to connect to the Birdview screen in the 350z.
I dont really want to have to pay out for a Sat Nav + screen to replace the bird view one already installed.
Any idea if this is possible?

Thanks
Nick

I think there is a unit that you can buy that will make just about any stock nav player play dvds. You should search using msn or yahoo. They make them to work with several different OEM navigation units.
