kenwood has my favorite nav of them all garmin, Pioneer isnt bad. If your looking for just nav why not just buy a garmin nav unit and put it in the cubby? When you have time look through the in dash double din units at www.sonicelectronix.com and see which ones you like. Then once youve narrowed it down come ask questions about those.

Sounds as though you are busy and do not have the time to search. So here are some questions we need answered before providing any useful response.
  • How much $$s are you willing to budget/spend for this project?
  • Do you want to display your navigation in the upper/forward cubby (high –up for easy/safe viewing), or is the double-din slot acceptable to you for navigation-viewing?
  • Do you want to broadcast the nav’s voice commands over the car’s speakers, and if so, which speakers (front or rear)?
  • What about your car’s speakers? Are you planning to change these? Will you keep the rears?
  • Will you keep the OEM H/U, or is your plan to update this?
  • Are you going to add an external amplifier?

ive had the avic z2 and loved everything about it. My best friend loved it too so i sold it to him when i got a new headunit.

lol at the top chubby jk. You can put a 7'' screen up there and then just get a navi brain and run strictly navi up there for not too steep. If your wanting all in one unit though then double din in the stock place is the way to go.

Not that I am an advocate of doing your job for you, but I was given a ton of great free advice when I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do. So the least I can do is payback someone in need. I don't know if you are going to put this in yourself or not, but here are some great thread that helped me decide what I want and if I wanted to take on the install myself.

Hope it helps!
