Yea, the nine.1 is a good choice or you could also look at the audioque 1200d (http://www.audioque.com/aq/AQamps.htm). But, are you sure you have the electrical for 1200 watts. I'm running a 1300 watt amp and have to keep the amp gain very low to stop voltage drop and am not running my sub anywhere near its potential.

Im assuming I dont have the electrical for those kinda watts, since Im only on stock battery.
I see your point Will.
Any smaller sub/amp recommendations?

Maybe the Fi SSD will suit me better, just gota find a pairable amp.

I guess subs are prob different, but i have over 1k watts going through my system with no problems. Im sure its a little different with just 1k going to a sub at one time though.

I had voltage drops with my stock electrical without subs. Then again I am running like 900W to just my mids/tweets. Once I put in my HO alternator my voltage was much better especially at idle.
