Default Farenheit T-7000MHR, T-7017HR, or T-7018TS? Help me please...

Hey guys, so i been searching for a nice 7" LCD monitor that will fit my 2003 cubby perfectly, however, I want a touch screen LCD and also a LCD with at least 2 inputs so I can connect my Camera and from my HU.

From their website: http://www.farenheitusa.com/monitor.html

They have 3 different 7" Monitors, I was wondering if I should get the T-7018TS? How is the fitment for that monitor?

I read that the touch screen function isn't that great, so I should get the T-7000MHR, and use a Video splitter thingy so I can switch between the camera and my HU manually, but I don't know what these switches are...

Can someone give me some advice please? I think I did a decent amount of search, just asking this because I couldn't find anything about the T-7017HR or the T-7018TS models.

Thanks guys!

Any of the three Farenheit models you mention (T-7000MHR, T-7017HR, and T-7018TS) fit. You might need to do a slight amount of custom fabrication depending upon your Z’s model year.

The T-7017HR has inputs for two video sources, but you must dig for the remote to switch the source. A well- located manual switch is probably more convenient.

The T-7018TS has touchscreen support, but the functions are used with specific Farenheit H/U’s, or to control monitor functions (brightness, aspect ratio, etc.). The advantage in your case is you can switch AV1 and AV2 without hunting for the remote control.

The following thread provides information that I think will be helpful to you:

This thread discusses the Power Acoustik PT-718TS, but this is the same LCD monitor as the Farenheit T-7018TS.
