you apparently havent taken much apart inside the car.
theres grommet for all your external wires right in the middle.

I never could understand the rear back-up cam, in a Z? You do have mirrors, and know how they're used? But then again, I can't understand their use in ANY vehicle. I have one on my boat, buut it's slightly larger than a car or suv.

It's understandable, but when cars are parking so close to your car you want to make sure your not going to get a trailer hitch or license plate in your rear...yes mirrors help but they have blind spots and can only show so much. It's just a personal preference

Is there anything else you can understand having extra in the Z?. The car came ready to use and some people use it that way (100% stock)

Women need them because they have no depth perception and/or no understanding of how long their vehicle is and/or to lazy to turn around or use their mirrors.

Not trying to be an A$$, just don't see the use if you know how to drive and use common sense. I drove an H2 for 4 years without one and never hit anything. My neighnor has one on his Suburban and never even looks at it.

Just an update used wire to fish through (outside to in)....1000x easier when you take the license plate off so you can guide the wire while bending. Thanks!

You could as well have taken the trunk panel off. (The one that has the trunk light and the hatch lock). After that, running the wire is piece of cake. Then you can tap the reverse signal from there too
