I am planning on purchasing these since the Utopia's are out of my budget. I plan on running the front components with my US Acoustics 150x2. Does anyone first and foremost have any feedback on the focal 165k's? Also, any opinions on the amp? I mostly listen too Hip Hop, Dance, and a little alternative/rock. I have 2 JL 12W3's which I plan on getting installed at Myer Emco in Fairfax by Benji. Heard good things and we are planning on installing the subs in the spare tire space.

 

i have the focal 165 v2... they sound great. I think I should have gone with more power though. I'm currently using a JL 300.4

 

very good choice! one of the best sounding speakers out there, now get a better amp.
