Well after 10 long weeks, my system is finally done. I wanted something very different and me and the installer worked together to put this masterpiece together. Here is what all I had done:
Alpine 9831
Custom door speakers which look better than imagined
JL10w7 in custom box that you could see all the way through on both sides
Amp rack for the JL 500/1 & 300/4
Farenhiet Monitor install
Custom Rear speaker mounts
TV Tuner
Wireless Adapter for the Xbox (will make more sense later
)
2 Optima Batteries
Battery Isolator
Now the best part, I wanted the Xbox installed but to be custom, like no one else had done before. I modded the Xbox so I could copy games, DVD's & what ever other media I wanted to the Hard drive. Here is the custom part of the Xbox:
I thought it would be awesome if the DVD ROM was in the Dash in the Second DIN
The Controller ports are custom mounted in the cubby hole behind the passenger seat
The Power buttons were removed to the center console
Check out these pics and let me know what you think
The sub

Now what you see from inside the car

Neon on the subs and amps

The Optima batteries, one of each side with the new stinger battery terminals with digital read outs of the current volts

Check out these door speakers

The custom tweeter pods

The Alpine Logo inserts in the doors

Complete door pics

The Rear Speaker

Now for the really cool stuff, the HU and Xbox DVD Rom in the Dash

The Xbox is mounted behind the Vinyl piece, notice the Remote control dongle

I bet you are wondering where the controller ports are huh? They have been moved to one of those useless cubby holes

The power and DVD Rom controls are mounted in the center console, it's hard to get a good pic of this one

The Neon controls

Some of the Xbox mod pics

Now some night pics with the neon's

With the wireless adapter installed, when I park in the garage I can FTP songs, pics, DVD's, games anything I want really.
Let me know what you guys think, I was shooting for Magazine install and I think I got it. Feel free to ask questions and comments

Nicely done! Looks like a lot of thought went into the install and the workmanship looks top notch.
