I got mine from a-suntek on ebay for $17.95. Shipping took two weeks, but I was in no hurry. I didn't get to see others, but one I got looks and works perfectly.
I recommend this seller (a-suntek) from my experience. Ace hardware destroyed the first blade+pivot metal, so I asked for another one from this ebay seller. Well, it took another two weeks, but the seller sent them to me free of charge.

I got it! Very fast shipping and excellent service.

The friends at PERFORMANCE NISSAN did an excellent job cutting three keys and programing them. Anthony at the service desk took my order and even programed my remotes at no charge. Anthony and Eddie worked together to get in at a late hour of bussiness, I thank you for that.

Overall I was very happy with both the product and the service.

George from Pasadena/Claremont.

As for the a-suntek key, mine has been holding up pretty well, the one i got from the g35 guy was garbage though.

Sorry - no idea where it came from - just found it in a box in the garage...

My key is holding up fine too with daily use. No complaints whatsoever.

What were you doing with it? Throwing it against a wall? I've had mine since I originally posted in this thread maybe a few months ago and its still perfect like new. Did you put it together correctly?

For $19 its a good key. Every Z owner I show it to has asked me how and where they can get one too.

Got a case from A-Suntek on ebay. Shipping took a few weeks (free from hong kong). Got it together and took it to the hardware store. It fit in the machine in one direction, but not the other. So now it only has teeth on one side :x

Took the metal part out of the plastic case and gonna take it back tomorrow I guess. Hope it fits!

Edit: Took it to Lowes today, and the guy there was quite helpful and cut it for free.

I just bought one that come with the remote from artiway on ebay. Pretty solidly build, no squeaking of any kind in your hand. The remote works just fine after I programed it. Just need to get it cut and put in the chip from my oem key.

So the $39.99 one from artiway is the one i think i'm going to get. Has anyone purchased one lately? I'm trying to see if anyone can tell me about the quality of this product? I don't want a floppy key

http://myworld.ebay.com/ebaymotors/artiway/

Just look at his listings on the bottom left.

Well to answer my own question...The FOB from artiway was semi difficult to get open. Three screws in the back to remove and pry open...Easy as that sounds...It seemed to be glued together near the end where the key folds out. I managed to get it apart but not without some minor indentions from my pocket knife.

Other than that...Key was easily cut by my local Lowes for free. (I just handed him the metal key...no FOB) I transfered in the chip from my key..very simple. Programing remote was simple with the guide here on my350z. https://my350z.com/forum/audio-video...ur-remote.html

Key feels very solid...thumbs up

Does anyone have a photo of the actual blank key you had made to go into the new setup.

Edit: Nvm I guess it actually COMES with the blank.

I only have one OEM key and does not have that slot for the transponder, is it inside the casing that i have to split open? Is the key 2nd key or vallet key? Any sugestions?
