Ditto... Still has cool factor of 9.5, but the peeling is a little disappointing.

Just an FYI....Ryan is no longer selling the fobs and is offering to sell his supplier info to ONE person who can take over the business.

Mods-I hate for the guy to keep getting bugged for something he isn't selling any longer...should we pull his email from the post?

Guess its off to ebay...

Updates for others who wants this mod:

The member from g35driver no longer sells it (as stated above) but the ebay user some people mentioned have BOTH designs (though not sure about the quaity of the "rounded" ones that looks similar to the one that the g35 member selling)

You can find them here. I'm going with the more "rectangular" version because it looks like more of a higher quality product and one member already got his and raves about it. Hope I made the right choice

$20 is a great deal shipped

Default switchblade key

^^ I bought the suntek piece from the first link...20 dollars shipped and it comes with new buttons. This is a great deal and I've show this to a couple of my friends and they were amazed at how well it turned out. Looks as though it came from the dealership. Now shipping from Hong Kong did take about 2 1/2 weeks but I would definitely say it was worth it bc of how well it turned out

I tried that trick in the youtube video for extending the range. I used the stock key fob, first normal, then with the trick - sanded, soldered, everything, then took it off and went back to normal. I found that I lost range with the trick, but as soon as I took it off, i got my range back. I also tried that trick with the new switch blade fob, it has the same range as the normal one, not improved, no worse, i used heavier gauge on that one. So I think that trick in the youtube video is no good. Just my thoughts.

Here it is for the switch blade one

This is the one you want to buy, it was great quality and install was super easy swapping out the guts and got the key cut.... Simple.. The 20 dollar fob looks too cheap IMO..
