SRT Track Days @ Willow Springs Streets of Willow and Horsethief Mile
Friday, May 12th 2006 - Streets of Willow - Grip Event
Saturday, May 13th 2006 - Horsethief Mile - Grip / Non-Grip Event

The Basics:
Type of Event: HPDE (High Performance Driving Event), not a race. This is a track day open to drivers of all skill-levels and car types for practice.
Dates:
Friday, May 12th, 2006
Saturday, May 13th, 2006
Price:
Streets of Willow - $160 - Grip Event
Horsethief Mile - $125 - Grip/Non-Grip Event
Combo Package - $225 (Save $60!)
Track: Streets of Willow and Horsethief Mile


Details: This is a high-seat time driving event, in the past our events have had more than enough seat time for all of the drivers and we plan to keep it that way. Safe environment to push the limits of your car and find out what you and your car can do.

we've had a few Z guys come out to our events before and they were way cool. Tons of track time and rarely any lap traffic

how many drivers usually attend?
do u do run groups or is it open track go out and pit as u wish?

thanks.
it depends on the event. this past weekend we had ~15 drivers, so there were no run groups and there was open track all day on both courses.

At past events when there have been more drivers, we'd have 2-3 rungroups of 10-12 cars, divided by experience.

Please explain what Grip/Non-Grip is

Also... track rental there must be incredilbly cheap if they can run events with only 15 cars... must be nice

It's not cheap enough to run 15 cars and not lose money

we're hoping for ~30 cars at the next event, it'll still be tons of track time and we'll still be able to put these on in the future

grip/non-grip means that we'll have run groups where sliding is okay
