Lap times DB and track Videos
3 lap time attack battle class record.
Mosport Driver development track. counter clockwise 1 kink.
3 lap time attack. 2nd fastest class time ever. Toronto Motorsports Park. I should be able to beat the record this weekend. Lots of mistakes in this 3 lap session.
practice session. one of the handful of cars to ever get around Toronto Motorsports park in less than 1:20 on street tires. front and rear view. a lot of oil across T1, oil still on my front tires into T2

I finally got to experience Watkins Glen last week, what an awesome track. I've never been to the track let alone drive it. I let a really good friend of mine co drive the car with me. He know the track very well. Times are below
Track: WGI long course
Car: 07 Spec Z
Tires: BFG R1
Times: me 2:11.1, co driver 2:11.3
Here's a vid of him doing his 2:11.3

TT laps from NHMS with club called COMSCC. Class win with a track record, too bad the gopro settings were messed up, so you can't really see the track much

This is one of the fastest times ever set at this course in Canada. It's a fairly new track and hasn't been run a lot. The fastest official time on the circuit was set by a Radical SR8. @ 1:09.38
I went out in one session with no splitter or front bumper on the car and ran a 1:09.1
on hankook TDs with 8 days full use on them.

Track: VIR Full
Date: 10/12/13
Best Lap time: 2:14.3
Car: '04 Base
Tires: 285 x 4 Hoosier A6
Brakes: Brembos with Cobalt XR series pads
Other Modifications: APR wing, homemade splitter and air dam, lowering springs, stock sways, stock shocks, cusco front UCA's, Motordyne ART pipes and shockwave single, MD plenum spacer.
NOTES: It rained off and on the whole weekend. This was my first time at this track and only got 5 dry sessions. Best time of 2:14.3. You can see I am all over the place with my shifting still trying to figure out whats best. I know I am leaving 3-4 more seconds on the table maybe more. Once I upshift to 4th in roller coaster, I need to stay there instead of going back down to 3rd. I will drop a ton of time there not messing with going down to 3rd and back up to 4th in the middle of track out onto the front straight. Also losing a lot of time shedding speed going into turn 10. I really enjoyed the track and facility. I can't wait to go back with some fresh tires and a dry weekend. I am confident I can get into the 2:11's maybe even the 2:10's. The 2:14.3 lap is the last one in the video. Also got to meet the some Spec Z guys on the forum here...Liam, Phil and Devin. Also met Crawford who ran in TTB with me. Had an amazing time hanging out with everyone and look forward to doing it again next year some time.

VERY fast time for a first timer at a challenging track. Its my "local" track and my fastest time ever is 2.14.9.
Very fun weekend, in spite of the really crappy weather. Had to be the most 350Z's ever at VIR in one weekend. We had a great time hanging out, grilling burgers, drinking beer. Hopefully we'll get to do it all over again next year

Thanks Crawford.
I also wanted to mention that I got a guy kicked out of TTB for cheating. Apparently he has been running in TTB for awhile, but I could tell something wasn't right based on the weight he told me he was. He had an e46 M3. They are listed as base weight of 3415 and he said he was running around 3100 which is a ton of points in weight. The car is TTC** which means TTC +14. I talked to the TT director and he looked over his classification sheet and found out he was not taking those 14 points at all so he was cheating big time. I would like to think that he misunderstood the rules because it has happened quite often in the past, but who knows if that is the truth or not. Either way he got bumped up to TTU for the rest of the weekend, which allowed me to get 1st on Saturday and win me two Hoosiers

I've got to find a way to get down to the 2:06's. I have a long way to go though. For some reason two of the guys in my class are stupid fast at VIR. I'd think they are cheating if it wasn't for the fact I was faster at CMP than either of them. They also kill me at Road Atlanta.
Road Atlanta.
My first time on a "real" track with all my previous 2 years experience being on small local tight tracks. I found it to be an intimidating experience at first. I had 5 sessions on the track and rain was off an on. I was also running with cars that would just incinerate me down the straights, so I found that a tough change as well to be constantly in the mirrors.
Still the track stayed reasonably dry after a light misting.
My best I got to was a 1:39.0 before they closed it down for threat of heavy rain.
I had Fixxercasks 1:38.6 in my mind as a goal. Similar mods, except he is on hoosiers, and I have a healthy shot of rwhp.
Forgive my overly dramatic video style, I try and get youtube views to make money.
I had trouble fully committing to T12. Oh well next time I will improve. I forgot my SOLO to my frustration.

Get some HoHo's on there. That will help out a lot.
For me, I will have long tube headers, cams, and most importantly a huge intake with an 87mm TB. I think 2th Power has the old SG motor with the SG headers just not a huge intake.

what are you guys doing to get to those kind of numbers?????
