I set my Lovely Bride up with the High Perf Driving Clinic sponsored by the local Porsche Club.

She did slalom, braking and wet skid pad. She did really well...
Then they turned her loose on Summit Point WV / Jefferson Circuit for fast laps. That was awesome! Girl held her own through the twisties but the big Carrara 4S and GT2s and GT3s just blew past her!

So she asks me 'why are they beating me like that?'
'Because, sweeheart, they spent $100K more on their car than you did!'

She told me no less than 47 times she loved it, when can i do this again, and that i am the most awesome husband EVA'

I am very impressed with the Z (and so were where the Porschephiles!)

I started doing track days with the PCA and remember the days of getting destroyed. 5 years later with only 20 more HP and I have no problem holding my own against them in the red group.

That's awesome! I wish my fiance would do it. She loves riding around the track with me though. She describes it as a 20 minute roller coaster. She can barely drive stick. I want her to experience the thrill of driving the car around the track.
