Evans the chief tech of the TSCC inspect my Z he gave me the ok and filled out and signed off on the required sheet for april... will that do? if so i am ready to roll and have a great learning expierience in april! my buddy is coming with me he has a Z too but cant run it then because of hand surgery. he was wanting to know if he could participate some other way that day besides just watching me. maybe a quick ride along? i think both of us are going to attend the OCT meet you guys are having by then i might be able to unlesh the C6 on the track!
just to make sure isnt the general rule to have at least 25% tire tread and around 3/4 brake pad for a all day event like VIR?
well its only a month away i look foward to meeting all you guy up at VIR!

Please just call me Marty.
You should have received a confirmation email this morning. The Form will be reviewed in the grod tech session Saturday morning. The general rule for tires and brakes sounds about right. Your freind can either snag a ride with a open intructor for hot laps, or participate in the parade laps. Sorry, we don't allow rides for guest with students during hot laps. Maybe we can strap him in one of the Speed Vision or Porsche Cup GT2 or GT3 cars for a full hot lap.
Looking forward to seeing the C6. Do you have a delivery date yet?
BTW,
There is a free Tech inspection day this Saturday in APEX for those who need it done. See the websites for details. Please RSVP if you are planning to go to the tech day.

nope still didnt receive my email but i trust that everything is in order if you say so. so im sure it will come in the next few days
as for the inspection form it should be fine since it was completed my someone associated with the SCCA and since its a new car with only 9k on it!
to answer your question about my C6 all i know is im #1 on my Dealers(Flow in Winston-Salem) Allocation list. i think production starts around july 19 so a rough estimate is mid to late august.
i cant wait for this meet. lately ive been only able to do local autocrosses(which im not a big fan of) but i will admit that i was really proud of my performane this weekend.

OK, While this event is Full as far as the School and TT are concerned, I would still like to invite all Z and G owners who want to check this out to come on up (or Down).
You can see what a track day is like. We still have open parade laps. And I think we can probably score more than a few hot lap sessions for those who want to take a ride.
You can visit either day.
Hope to see you there
