tanabe is great stuff, and affordable. The GF210's are great I have them on my car, and there are a lot of other guys on here that do to. A little stiffer than stock, but the perfect drop without having to get other supporting suspension mods like adjustable upper control arms and what not.

Could you post a scan of your after GF210 install alignment results?

Here's how they differ spec wise.

Your oem spring rate baseline for a 03/04 car is 314/342
Your oem spring rate baseline for a 04.5/07 car is 314/427

Tanabe GF210 Series 350Z progressive springs 1”/1.2”
Spring rates in LBS 336/375 (only peak rates are published, softer initial progressive rates unknown)

Tanabe NF210 Series 350Z progressive springs 1.2”/1.2” higher
Spring rates in LBS 314/353

Eibach 350Z progressive springs 1”/1”
Spring rates in LBS initial/final front 296/384 initial/final rear 316/421

I'm not a fan of a lot of aftermarket spring choices marketed for the Z, but if I to pick from your list I'd go with the pro-kits because of their higher peak spring rates vs the others, especially vs the NF210. Reason why is to hopefully keep the suspension off the bump stops as much as possible. This matters since they are rather unforgiving and cannot be trimmed. (Though 04.5+ rear shocks do have a soft foam insert that was part of the revised suspension change that can be trimmed).

I have nfs and they have been great. Nice drop, easy to install, haven't hit the bump stops once. However, I don't track my Z, just drive it on the roads. The ride is only slightly stiffer than stock (which is exactly what I wanted). Oh yeah and i am riding on 18's and the gap is perfect now.

Cinch a zip tie tight on every shock piston shaft and drive around for a few days then look at where the zip ties get pushed to, then you'll know wheather or not your hitting the bump stops, that way you rule out missing not being able to sense what's going on with the suspension. I ran Tokico springs which have the same 1" drop which have more spring stiffness and that setup was frequently into the bump stops. And I was running modified aftermarket bumpstops that were about 1" shorter then the oem units.
