Just use any Dot 4 , i typically use Valvoline, but changed over to Pensoil cause of a higher boiling point. Its over kill for the street, but only a couple bucks more than Dot 3 , and i have yet to have a prob with it on the track.

dot 3 dot 4, the only difference is the wet and dry degrees right? the dot4 has a higher range of degrees. what brand do would you suggest? and how many would i need to to the brembo swap? bleed or full drain?

Go with valvoline synpower, its cheap, readily available and will work with any DOT 3 or 4 fluid that may be in your system or added later. We use it for all of our vehicle tests and dont have fade issues with it under those conditions.

Nope , they will mix , and as you bleed the brakes the dot 3 will dilute to the points its pretty much gone.

DOT 3 and 4 can be mixed with no issue whatsoever...just stay away from DOT5 and youll be fine.

my rear rotors are going to be delayed due to out of stock it will take a couple weeks, but my car is on jackstand right now, i cannot have the car lifted for weeks, so i plan to install just the front brembos for now.... my question is do i still bleed all 4 calipers or just 2 front brembos? since i didnt touch the rear calipers yet...

Don't bleed the brakes till you have all 4 installed. Just run the current fluid that's in there, top off the res tank if you are find that you are low after you swap brakes.

As far as fluids go, the Dot 4 has a tendency to break down quicker than Dot 3, but it is perfectly fine to run on the street. ATE Blue/Gold is the best stuff out there.
