Wilwood BBK onto '05 Performance
I've found a good deal on a Wilwood big brake kit for my '05 350 Performance. 4 piston calipers, 355 rotors all the way around the car onto aftermarket 19" PIAA Superrozza wheels. Just wondering if there is anything else I need to know about this set-up before getting the install done.

Can anyone tell me if the mounting points on the car are threaded for the front caliper mounting bracket or do the bolts just push thru to the new mounting bracket ? Any bolts req'd for the bolts ? I'm getting ready to get the new brakes installed and want to make sure I have all the req'd hardware. Nothing I hate worse than having to run out for a nut or washer in the middle of adding new mods to the car.

Any reputable brake kit you purchase should come with any and all necessary hardware for doing the install, right? The hardware need would be specific to the kit and how it's mounted.

First time around the stud broke before reaching torque spec.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the 33 ft/lb torque value for the bolts that connect the mounting bracket to the brake caliper ? I think the mounting bracket to OEM mounting point torque is in the 65-75 ft/lb area.

33lbs is the torque spec of the locking cap nut on the radial stud.
Looks like this with some anti-seize on it as suggested. (shown is a larger stud for the W6A kit however)

yes, those are the bolts I'm referring to for the 33 ft/lb torque. The bolt that connects to the oem mounting point should have a torque of approx. 65 ft/lbs' correct ?
