Default Who's Running Hotchkis Swaybars?

I'm in the market for some swaybars and really want something adjustable. I like the Hotchkis for the fact that they are adjustable and they are hollow. Anyone running these?

If I'm not mistaken, I think WLD 350Z has them on his car.

Are the springs Hotckis too? I emailed them and they said they would not be out for two more weeks. How's ride quality? How much drop?

Thanks

Yeah. I am in the market (kind of) for sways. Seems like the Hotchkis offer good adjustability and they are a GREAT price compared to the others out there. I am looking for someone who has seen/used them and another brand for a comparison. They seem like a steal to me!

These sways are interesting for price alone, since they are considerably cheaper than its nearest competitor. Hopefully we can get some more reviews of them.

We'll, mine arrived yesterday. Very good quality. I will install them when I get my car back from the header and exhaust install and post a full review. At the same time, I will be installing RS*R springs.

IIRC, they don't have the polyurethane bushings that 350EVO offers. That's a big factor to me. The stock rubber ones have too much compliance.

But for street, the Poly bushings may not be the best since they can bind and make noise and make the rise harsher, correct?

The Hotchkis bars come with polyurethane bushings were the bars attach to the body. For the endlinks, you use your stock ones, which do have rubber in them. I'm sure the aftermarket will come out with something stiffer if you really want it. On a street car, though, I would stick with the stock endlinks for noise and compliance reasons.

i have the hotchkis sways on my G35 coupe. i am running full stiff front and medium rear. i love them. body roll was eliminated, and they are very quiet (read silent). they come with poly bushings, and grease, and the bushings are grooved to hold the grease in.

i would certainly reccomend them.

titanmotorsports.com has them on a group buy for 250 shipped right now. go to the website and call them, because i don't think that there is any reference to them on the site.

Cool, I just contacted Titan. Hopefully the group buy is still on.

As far as tightening up everything, did you notice any difference in ride down the highway? What i am saying is, did it get any stiffer or is there a lot more bump steer (if I am using the term correctly, when you hit a bump and the rear end steps out to the side a bit) with them?

Well, I just got in touch with Titan and ordered the sways. They only have 4 sets left after my order so if you want them, you better get them!!

I'll be sure to give my impressions when I get them, though I won't be using them at an autocross until at least March. Hopefully the regular street driving won't be affected (bumps), but I can't wait to take the exit ramps with it!!
