Is the Base your first choice? I am curious how someone puts 45,000 miles on a car in a year. Is it a taxi?

Wow, that is a lot of mileage for 1 year. I do nearly 3000 a month and I thought that was a lot!

Yes, base is my first choice. Hmm I am also curious as to how 45k is put in a year or two. This will be my daily driver of course.

Price sounds right; maybe to good.
Go over the docs carefully & have inspected by a mechanic you know & pay.

do you guys think that the high mileage within a year should throw me off?
I have also found a 2004 redline (enthusiest) 24k miles going for 19K.

Make sure it's not consuming oil or buy some kind of extended warranty.

with 45k miles, you are buying a car with no bumper-to-bumper warranty.
