Default 08 z touring

hey guys
this is my first post, I'm looking at getting an 08 touring the place i went to had a ppw for 34300 sticker with custom wheels. After about two hours i talked them down to about 31990 before fee's and taxes and taking the wheels off. i went home to let them sit for a bit, i searched online and found the same car online at car.com for 31914 with custom wheels installed. so i think i might be able to get the car for just under 30. is that possible or am i being unrealistic

It's not completly unrealistic, however if it's brand new you'll be hard pressed to get it for under 30.

I agree, I got my 07 Z for about 31,400 with that aero kit. I didn't want the aero kit but they wouldn't take it off and I didn't want to wait 5 months for an 08.

But I don't think you'll get one for under 31,000

I got a steal on my 08, but it was 6 months old with 6k miles on it, not brand new and untitled.

Cant help you much without the MSRP. The NISMO wheels will add value. Any other wheels and I would pay an additional zero.

I don't think the $15k cash will help a bit. You either are going to pay cash or you are going to finance it. If you are financing, it really doesn't matter to the dealer whether it is 80% or 20% of the value.

Any idea what invoice is on this car and how long it has been sitting on the lot?

The first thing you need to decide is how much you are willing to pay for this particular car. Once you know what that number is, make them a firm offer, thank them for their time, and leave your phone number. Don't try to screw them, just let them know what the car is worth to you. They can then decide what the car is worth to them. Let them know that if you still haven't found another car in a month, and they still have this one sitting on their lot, you will come back and offer them $100 less than your current offer.
