Zaino and Hazing/cloudy looking, Need Help!
Okay heres the deal, Last week I used the Z-PC and orbital and the paint really stood out, and I got rid of most of the scratches/swirls. I was going to finish up this weekend to get the rest of the scratches that I didn't notice last week and do a few more applications of Z-PC. After last weeks application of Z-PC, I re-washed, dried, misted with Z-6, then applied Z-2, and misted with Z-6 in between and topped it off with Z-8. It looked great until I pulled the Z out of the garage and I noticed a lot of cloudy streaks going up and down. You really had to look but you could see them. The Z-6 and buffing would not get them out. I know what your are saying, I am applying Z-2 too thick. Well I really put it on thin and let it sit in my garage for 3 hours, buffed off, Z-6, then applied another coat. Humidity is not an issue because I live in Colorado.
Fast Forward too today. I re-applied Z-PC and it got rid of the cloudy marks and once again my paint looks clean again.
My question is this, how can I get these cloudy streaks to not appear once I apply the Z-2? I also mist my applicator pad with Z-6 to get it moist when applying Z-2. I do apply lightly and buff with a DF Towel and Z-6.
I really don't want to do the ZPC every week or once a month.
Should I apply the Z-2 with the orbital with a white polishing pad?

What is Z-PC?
And you are using an orbital speed drill to remove or apply Zaino?
Please clearify.
P.S. If your application is clouding, you are using too much Zaino OR...
it has not dryed.
Z6 (the detail gloss enhancer) will clear the clouding up. It's also helps to have good light. My garage is too dark sometimes, so I pull her half way in.

Z-PC is the new paint cleanser/swirl mark remover, works best with an oribital, awesome product.

I let it dry for 3 hours, hmmm, not sure. I do the Z6, as well as the Z-8.

If you are NOT using any ZFX with your Z-2, then you aren't leaving on long enough. I'd go at least 8 to 10 hours without ZFX.
Finally, I tried wetting the applicator with Z-6 at the recommendation of someone else and I got streaks too. I have always just dampened the applicator with a bit of water intead of the Z-6.

I apply in my garage.
I'll take you advice and let it sit overnight,
Also Sal said I need to use a Large Towel, hmmm, I have always used Medium Towels.
Thanks!

It sounds like you are using WAY too much polish when you apply it. If it is taking over an hour or so to dry, not using ZFX, even on humid days, then start applying less. You should be able to do the entire application with 1/4 ounce, with practice.
