03 touring 6mt
Bolt-ons w/osiris
DR's
DA -1000'

So close, but the clutch wasn't having it.....I am very happy that it held out for a few passes before reverting back to its poopiness. I took it very easy off the line (but not so easy to warrant such crappy 60'). SO F U C K I N G close.

It was just ideal weather today for PB....you don't see -1200' DA's too often.

Thanks for being one of the few who bother to read the first post.

BTW, when can we expect to see timeslips for your 370Z?

Impressive numbers. 12s are so close, I bet you can practically taste it. Seeing your timeslip makes me want to try the N/A thing again. I only have basic bolt-ons, so I still have a lot of mods that I can pick and choose.

BTW, what was the DA? Also, I hate you for bumping me down.

Chris, several of us put up new PB's today.....just an FYI. Appreciate the quickness though . Conditions were absolutely ideal.

DA was around -1000' at the time of most runs. If we had gotten there and run right away it was probably in the -1300' area.....pretty sick.

Yeah, I just saw that thread and replied. Congrats again.

Sounds like it was a better-than-perfect day for you guys. The DA is just insane sick!

You bumped me down too? Feel free to not post your slip here.

You guys trap so much higher than what I'm used to seeing on my slip it's not even funny. Glad you guys represented the Z well at the drag strip.

Cecil.

MPH wise I ran pretty much the same as I do at Capital, but it is def a quick track. It didn't hurt that conditions were literally ideal.

Default Well gentlemen

I clearly understand I will not be qualified in the 100 % OEM due to strict OEM guidelines, until I get off these cheap continental Street tires and onto some OEM tires just waiting on saving some money for them so maybe spring?, However 13.13@108 mph and 13.2@109 mph with no mods to the engine and street tires. Enjoy! plus congrats to all other z and g owners at cecil track put up some impressive times.

In the interest of full disclosure.....we did take some weight out of your Z, but none the less impressive for stock performance wise. I still think you ran a, what, 13.2x at 108.1 or something with the weight in there.

Correct 13.2x i believe was with the weight, to get a couple final good runs performed weight reduction but in the end i realized that it was way too slippery with no traction and didn't wana take a risk so called it quits for the season.

In all honesty....given the same conditions you could probably go 12.7 on DR's.

Nah I doubt it, probably a 12.9 would be easy though but i highly doubt a 12.7, a 12.8 would be hard but possible.
